First of all I would like to say that if any of you decide to use the banner at the top of this page to go to the ‘official’ Cradle of Filth website, then be warned, they have stolen that banner from me and not vice versa (along with the background and several of the pics) and I am currently taking legal action against the webmaster.

Well now, they’re big, scary and make evil sounding psuedo-satanic music…. how great can life get? The only decent band to come out of the UK since….well ever. The CoF sound cannot be described as anything but orginal. To the untrained ear, vocalist Dani Filth sounds like a screaming lunatic, however he probably has the greatest vocal range of any vocalist and is an extremely talented songwriter(click here for some song lyrics)

Cradle of Filth have recently released their new album Midian which you are all going to buy. It is an excellent album full of atmosphere and musical brilliance. It is a much more mature sound that some of the earlier works but ‘The Principal Of Evil Made Flesh’ (the first album) takes a lot of beating.

 You will buy Midian because you all love Cradle’s music don’t you? Here is the album cover just in case you go and accidentally buy the wrong album (e.g Steps, S Club 7 and other similar black metal artists) :
